Customer Account Manager Industriegasturbinen (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order process for industrial gas turbines, modules, and parts
- Coordinate order requirements with customers and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and contractual obligations
- Take commercial responsibility for orders and maintenance contracts
- Prepare cost estimates and invoices
- Monitor projects and identify opportunities for performance optimization
- Manage receivables in collaboration with Finance and Sales
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial customer matters
- Prepare status reports, conduct customer meetings/calls, and coordinate customer visits
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Strong technical and commercial/business acumen
- Relevant professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Project management experience
- Solid SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Fluent business-level English and similar German
- High level of ownership with a structured and goal-oriented working style
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
