Project Manager SAP S/4 Transformation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated resource for the program management, providing immediate support in urgent and critical situations
- Assist in resolving complex challenges that arise during the S/4HANA transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders, to develop effective solutions and mitigate risks
- Proactively identify and address program issues and risks, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and provide guidance to teams in resolving complex issues
- Monitor the progress of issue resolution, track actions, and escalate to ensure timely resolution
- Support program management in coordinating activities across various projects and workstreams within transformation program
- Ensure alignment of project plans, schedules, and dependencies to maintain program integration and successful delivery
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparency
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to the program management, highlighting critical issues, status updates, and recommended actions
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, business administration, or project management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle complex and challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and adaptable mindset to address unexpected challenges and changes
- Solid experience in project management within the IT or Business sectors, preferably in BioTech
- Experience in management of project teams up to 10 team members
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and tools such as JIRA
- Fluent English language skills (C1 as minimum)
- German language skill is advantageous
