Recruiter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Deliver full end-to-end recruitment services for technical positions across multiple business functions
- Proactively source and headhunt external candidates using professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate screenings, qualification calls, and structured interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage up to five active requisitions simultaneously and support an overall hiring volume of approximately 5–10 positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and pipeline data within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Profile
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within technical environments
- Expertise in active sourcing, direct search, and headhunting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently while maintaining high-quality candidate delivery.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- Fluency in English
