Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement all software quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle
- Track defined quality goals and monitor relevant quality metrics
- Continuously improve processes in alignment with A-SPICE maturity models
- Conduct quality assessments, provide guidance to development teams, and prepare structured reports for project management
- Facilitate process-related workshops and actively participate in release, project, and review meetings
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Solid experience with maturity models, ideally Automotive SPICE
- Must-have: Certified Provisional Assessor
- Nice-to-have: Competent Assessor certification
- Experience with tools and workflows in both classical and agile software development (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including the V-Model
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken), german skills advantageous
