Welche Ausbildung und Kompetenzen muss ein Abrechner vorweisen können?
Für die Anstellung als Bauabrechner oder Bauabrechnerin sind eine Ausbildung auf dem Bau oder ein Studium des Bauwesens erforderlich. Eine regelrechte Ausbildung zum Abrechner gibt es nicht, vielmehr werden Weiterbildungen angeboten. Praktische Erfahrungen im Bauwesen sind ein Muss. Außerdem sollten Kandidaten Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und die Befähigung zum eigenständigen verantwortungsvollen Arbeiten mitbringen, da ein Bauabrechner für die Kalkulation, Nachkalkulation und Auswertung eines Bauprojektes von A bis Z verantwortlich ist.

Ein Abrechner im Bauwesen kann in Vollzeit brutto zwischen 35.000 und 65.000 Euro jährlich verdienen, in Teilzeit entsprechend weniger. Allerdings schwanken die Werte ausgehend von der Verantwortung, der Größe des Unternehmens und der Erfahrung des Kandidaten. Auch der Standort spielt eine Rolle – in Hamburg oder Berlin liegen die Gehälter höher als in der Provinz.
