Head of IT Support (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- The primary objective of this role is to take over the leadership and coordination of the IT team
- Managing and developing a team of approximately 10 IT professionals
- Overseeing IT operations and support services
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Information Security
- Supporting IT strategy development and execution
- Handling topics such as licensing, governance, and compliance
- Ensuring efficient use and administration of collaboration and identity tools (e.g., Okta, Slack, Jira)
Profile
- Strong experience in IT management and team leadership
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Solid understanding of cloud environments (minimum requirement)
- Experience with IT governance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks
- A proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
