Welche Hard Skills und Soft Skills sollte ein Statiker mitbringen?
Der Beruf des Statikers setzt in der Regel ein Studium voraus. Zur Wahl stehen ein Bachelorstudium Architektur oder eines im Bauingenieurswesen. Auch ein duales Studium, das durch Ausbildung im Betrieb ergänzt wird, ist möglich. Zu den Kernkompetenzen des Statikers zählen Baukonstruktion, Baustatik, Baustoffkunde und Bautechnologie. Außerdem sind komplexe Berechnungen ein Haupttätigkeitsfeld, das entsprechende Routine erfordert. Ergänzend sind Fachkenntnisse in Bauinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft und Geologie erforderlich. Was verdienen Statiker?
Statiker werden meist nach Tarif bezahlt. Berufseinsteiger können mit einem Jahresgehalt von rund 45.000 Euro rechnen. Mit zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung sind es durchschnittlich 55.000 Euro. In gehobener Position ist der Verdienst besser. So erhalten Bereichsleiter ein durchschnittliches Jahressalär von 78.600 Euro.
