About the company

  • Remote-friendly: A large portion of the work can be done from home
  • On-site presence: Occasional visits to Wuppertal for alignment, workshops, and stakeholder meetings

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and ensure a consistent and end-to-end Configuration Management approach
  • Structure, organize, and process backlog documents, artifacts, and processes
  • Own and drive Change Management in accordance with ASPICE
  • Create, update, and align SW/HW interface documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the Functional Safety team
  • Ensure complete traceability across all documents, requirements, and change item

Profile

  • Proven experience in Configuration & Change Management within automotive projects
  • Strong knowledge of ASPICE, ideally with exposure to Functional Safety (FuSi)
  • Hands-on experience in requirements engineering, and documentation workflows
  • Ability to structure complex technical information clearly and efficiently
  • Confident working with documentation tools such as Polarion, DOORS, Jira (depending on project)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a reliable and structured working style
  • Fluent english skill, german skills advantageous
