SAP EWM Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Compilation of waves based on defined criteria, order types, and priorities in SAP EWM
- Simulation of waves to identify capacity bottlenecks, incomplete or incorrect data, and operational impacts
- Analysis and identification of non-compliant elements, including clarification of incorrect master data, incomplete warehouse tasks, missing stock, or process blockers
- Resolution of errors and inconsistencies within the wave process in close collaboration with warehouse operations, IT, and other interfaces
- Release of waves after successful validation, including monitoring during execution and handover to subsequent operational processes
- Communication in English with international teams, business units, and IT interfaces
- Preparation of evaluations as well as continuous optimization of wave strategies and EWM processes to improve throughput times and process quality
Profile
- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM, especially in: Wave Management, Warehouse Tasks & Warehouse Orders, Outbound Processes (Pick, Pack, Ship), Monitoring tools such as /SCWM/MON
- Experience in analyzing and resolving process and master data issues in SAP EWM
- Solid understanding of logistics processes within warehouse and distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performing simulations and process checks
