You’ve completed your school education or are about to, and you're looking for a future-oriented career? A dual study program allows you to combine theory and practice in the best possible way. Whether you're working directly with clients, tackling analytical tasks, or exploring creative and innovative (IT) topics – we involve you from day one and entrust you with responsible tasks. This way, you can actively contribute from the start and fully develop your talents. 

Note: The range of dual study programs may vary each year. Therefore, not all programs are offered annually or at every location. You can find out which programs are available this year in our job portal.

Bachelor of Arts – Marketing Management (with various focus areas) 
Bachelor of Arts – Business Administration Digital Business Management 
Bachelor of Arts – Business Administration Industrial Management (with various focus areas) 
Bachelor of Science – Business Administration Applied Computer Science 
Bachelor of Science – Business Information Systems (with various focus areas) 
Start: annually on September 1
3 years 
Introductory internship in the first month to get to know Hays

(IU)

Bachelor of Arts – Business Administration Human Resources Management

Optional 1-month introductory internship (March 1 / September 1)

2 days of study, 3 days working at Hays in Sales

Application & Selection Process

    2. Application Submission

    Ideally, apply one year in advance for DHBW programs or six months in advance for IU programs.

    3. Phone Interview

    We want to get to know you better. In a first phone interview, we’ll align expectations and goals.

    4. Interview

    You’ll be invited to a personal interview via MS Teams or on-site at one of our offices. We want to learn more about you and your motivation. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions to see if the dual study program at Hays is the right fit for you.

    5. Offer & Contract

    If everything aligns, we look forward to welcoming you as a future colleague! We’ll take care of the contract and send it to you.

    6. Your Start

    Before the program begins, you’ll meet your mentor and fellow students. Together, you’ll start your journey at Hays.

Training Campus
Our internal learning platform offers a digital training campus with specific learning content through online courses, project groups, and in-person training – everything you need for a successful graduation.
Mentoring Program
From day one and throughout your studies, a mentor will guide you through the Hays world. Additionally, a peer mentor from a higher study year will be available to answer your questions. 
Tuition Fees & Compensation
Hays covers your tuition fees. You’ll also receive a monthly salary – including during theory phases. Specific salary details can be found in our job postings.
