Our colleagues in Personnel Support ensure that the professionals and executives placed with our client companies receive comprehensive support throughout their assignments. They also help ensure a smooth redeployment process. In doing so, they strengthen the bond with Hays and directly contribute to our company’s success.

Here's what you can expect
from us:

As a Care Specialist (also known as an HR Specialist with a focus on personnel support), you’ll be the main point of contact for all HR-related questions – from onboarding to offboarding – for the professionals in your area of responsibility. This includes topics such as contracts, labor law, and time tracking.

You’ll ensure that all necessary documents are complete and collaborate closely with internal departments such as Legal, Payroll, and Occupational Safety. Through regular check-ins (by phone or on-site at the client), you’ll stay informed about project updates and changes, ensuring continued compliance with legal requirements and our internal standards.

Active relationship management helps you build a strong network on both the client and talent side. You’ll also gather valuable insights for our Key Account Management – such as new projects, new contacts, or personal recommendations from professionals in the field.

As a project nears its end, you’ll coordinate the next steps with the relevant business partners. If a project is extended, you’ll manage the contract renewal and pricing negotiations in consultation with the responsible (Key) Account Manager. In the redeployment phase, you’ll actively promote the professionals’ profiles and availability internally and accompany them to interviews with client companies.

Through regular contact, organizing events for our business partners, and ensuring smooth project transitions, you’ll create a consistently positive candidate experience.
