HR Services Management Assistant (m/f/d) 

Want to work at the pulse of the labor market and connect people with companies? 
In this apprenticeship, you’ll learn everything you need for a career in the dynamic world of HR services – from A for "Arbeitsmarktanalyse" (labor market analysis) to Z for "zielgerichtetes Recruiting" (targeted recruiting). You’ll gain a deep understanding of different job profiles, identify potential, and find the right talents for your clients. With your skills in sales, recruiting, and client management, you’ll become a key partner for companies on their path to success. 

Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) 

Want to keep office life running smoothly and learn how to manage business operations? 
In this apprenticeship, you’ll gain all the skills needed for a successful career in office management – from A for "Ablage" (filing) to Z for "Zeitmanagement" (time management). You’ll develop a solid understanding of business processes, coordinate appointments, and ensure everything runs efficiently. With your expertise in organization, communication, and administration, you’ll become an indispensable part of any team. 
Full-time 
3 years (can be shortened to 2.5 years) 
Start: August 1 each year 
Onboarding program in the first month 
Alternating between vocational school and practical days at Hays

    We’ll get to know each other and align expectations.

    We’ll invite you to a personal interview via MS Teams or at one of our offices. You’ll learn more about us – and we’ll learn more about you.

    If it’s a match, we’ll send you your contract and welcome you to the team!

    Before your first day, you’ll meet your mentor and fellow apprentices – so you can start your journey at Hays together.

We’re committed to long-term collaboration. That’s why many of our apprentices are offered permanent positions after graduation – continuing their careers in various departments or pursuing a (dual) degree program.
