Getting started
in Sales

What to expect:
As a (Key) Account Manager (or Sales Manager), you proactively identify the challenges and needs of your contacts through continuous relationship management and provide them with expert advice. You also engage new client companies through phone or in-person conversations, showcasing the value of our services and expanding your client portfolio. Our teams are divided into different business units, contract types (permanent employment, temporary employment and freelancing) and different specialist areas (e.g. IT, finance, engineering), so you can focus on one area.
By asking targeted questions, you determine the specific job requirements and conditions in discussions with your clients. This forms the basis for the subsequent recruiting process, where you collaborate with Recruiting Specialists to identify and present suitable professionals and executives. As the main point of contact, you oversee projects from needs analysis to contract signing, ensuring smooth placements and high satisfaction for both clients and candidates. This also includes coordinating communication between the client and the candidates, as well as conducting contract negotiations that benefit all parties involved.
