  2. Preboarding-Call

You’ve successfully completed the application process and might be wondering: What will my first day look like? What does my workspace include?

To answer these questions early on, we host monthly Preboarding Calls where you can ask anything and get insights into what to expect.

  4. Your First Day

Your first day is all about settling in. You’ll receive and set up your IT equipment, meet your team or department, and join a Welcome Call with other new starters.

In this session, you’ll get an overview of the onboarding process and our virtual learning platform, the Hybrid Hub.

You’ll also learn where to find key documents, what your first tasks are, and which trainings are coming up.

  5.
  6. Starter Day

The Starter Day is a digital welcome event for all new colleagues. You’ll get a deep dive into our company, business model, values, and benefits. A member of our Executive Board will personally welcome you and answer your questions in a live Q&A.

Beyond the professional onboarding, we also focus on the cultural and social aspects of joining Hays. Networking is a big part of our culture—we want you to feel connected from day one.

The Starter Day is just the beginning of many opportunities to meet and exchange with others.
