However, Hays has already recognised that this form of external personnel deployment harbours a number of pitfalls for both the self-employed and the client. The Compliant Sourcing concept was developed specifically for this purpose in order to adequately meet the challenges in this special environment and to enable the deployment of external personnel in accordance with regulations. Matthias Kossin's department is fully specialised in structuring the compliant deployment of external personnel in order to be able to operate with minimal risk in this complex environment.

Compliance check
We have established a comprehensive standardised compliance check for new projects in the area of service and works contracts in order to check the independence of the provision of independent services and work before the start of the project. This compliance check examines in particular the framework conditions of the planned project. The advantage for you: projects that you start via Hays are already checked against our internal risk guidelines before they begin and therefore already have a high level of compliance at the start of the project.
Project monitoring
We don't leave you alone during the project either. In addition to the compliance check, we have developed and implemented various effective project monitoring tools. This involves analysing and documenting ongoing projects at regular intervals in order to maintain the positive initial framework conditions over the entire duration of the project.
