PowerBI & Data Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports/dashboards for KPI management and controlling
- Integrate, model, and harmonize data from multiple sources (e.g., SAP), ensuring data quality
- Standardize and optimize existing reporting solutions to reduce complexity and improve efficiency
- Build Power Apps and automate financial processes using Power Automate
- Translate business requirements (controlling, planning, performance) into technical solutions
- Manage releases, testing, documentation, and collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders
Profile
- Fluent German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) language skills are required
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar
- Solid experience in data analytics, BI, or finance-related digital initiatives
- Strong knowledge of finance/controlling processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, KPIs)
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SQL/data modeling
- Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to bridge business and IT
