Durchgeführt wurde die Erhebung zum Unternehmensjuristen Gehalts-Report 2022 vom internationalen Personaldienstleister Hays und dem Deutschen Institut für Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen.

„Ziel der Umfrage war es, erstmals ein umfassendes Bild der Gehaltsstrukturen der Unternehmensjuristen in Deutschland zu zeichnen und dabei möglichst viele verschiedene Aspekte zu berücksichtigen“, erläutert Dennis Groetzner, Senior Abteilungsleiter bei Hays.

„Das Gehalt und dessen Entwicklung hängt gerade in diesem Berufszweig von vielen Faktoren ab, von denen einige sehr spezifisch sind. Neben gängigen Unterscheidungsmerkmalen wie Position, Alter und Berufserfahrung sind beispielsweise der Standort der Tätigkeit und die Branchenzugehörigkeit von großer Bedeutung.“

„Und auch das Geschlecht spielt bei den inhouse beschäftigten Juristen und Juristinnen eine Rolle, da macht der Berufsstand keine Ausnahme.“
