After completing my national service and an apprenticeship, I began working as a recruitment consultant with a firm supplying temporary staff in 2004.

Since July 2007, I have worked for Hays. As an IT recruiter, I were initially responsible for placing specialists in the fields of software development and administration. In July 2010, I became a Key Account Manager supporting temporary IT experts.

Since October 2014, I have been in charge of the Construction & Property team as part of recruitment management.

After finishing school, I completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, going on to work in a personnel office where I assisted and supported temporary production staff and student workers.

In September 2008, I joined Hays as an Engineering recruiter. My responsibilities included supporting engineering specialists in temporary and permanent positions with industrial companies.

After completing a commercial apprenticeship, I founded a digital photography agency in 2003 and was responsible for the sales and digitisation side of the business.

In 2009, I joined Hays AG as an Account Manager. Since joining the company, I have been responsible for supporting our customers in Northern Germany in recruiting IT specialists.
In addition to the traditional recruitment of freelancers, I am also actively assisting in introducing and implementing a managed service provision package at a large German insurance company.

Since the summer of 2016, I have been actively working to expand our temp legal business throughout Germany for both in-house customers as well as for legal practices. This applies in particular for contract law, document review and due diligence work.
