SAT GmbH & Co. KG, a compliance service provider for digital legal registers, successfully digitalised its formerly Excel-based offering within a short period of time. Manual spreadsheets and time consuming coordination were replaced by a central, digital compliance platform. The journey was short – but forward looking.

The trigger for the transformation was customer demand for a solution that was simpler and more transparent. As SAT did not have in house digitalisation expertise, an external partner was brought in via Hays. With a small, agile project team, the platform was implemented within just a few months.

Since November 2025, all compliance consulting has been handled entirely through the new digital platform: customers enter and maintain their data directly online, while SAT accesses the finished results – without any manual rework. This saves time, increases transparency, and significantly improves customer acceptance.

For project lead Marco Rzeha, one thing is clear: the platform is a strategic investment in the future.
