Minister and maintain our current and future HR systems, including ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Configure and customize the HR systems to meet organizational needs and improve functionality
Drive and participate in HR UniCore Workshops and steer the tasks and needs for different projects
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and provide technical support to HR staff
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies regarding data security
Work closely with IT to ensure the HR IT tools are integrated with other organizational systems (e.g., payroll, benefits)
Lead or participate in HR system implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, testing, and deployment
Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication throughout system-related projects
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive employee information
Monitor compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, as applicable
