Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the entire hiring process and beyond
Manage a high volume of applications for various technical roles (e.g., Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Architects), including processing and tracking, monitoring candidate assessment results, and updating the candidate management database
Responsible for the end-to-end candidate interview process, scheduling and coordinating interview days, working closely together with the interviewers and the Management Team
Set up and manage headhunters who will support the candidate search for more senior technical roles
Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs and maintain relationships with past candidates for future opportunities
Analyze recruiting stats and provide reporting to the Management Team
