Your responsibilities
- Become a key team member of the product team with direct daily collaboration with PO, Agile Coach, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Testers and other supporting functions
- Define a test strategy that helps the whole team taking decisions for product release and possible risks
- Take ownership of testing activities and represent the team to all our stakeholders in this regard
- Create manual and automated test cases for mobile apps (Android and iOS)
- Set up and maintain mobile device farms and a complex test environment of automotive test benches and cars
- Support developers in creating and analysing bug reports and verify fixes
- Fully integrate all testing and verification activities within our Scrum cycles
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or a comparable field
- Solid understanding of mobile apps testing (Android and iOS)
- Experience with test automation
- Experience working with Agile teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- An asset: any prior hands on experience with complex (automotive) testing environments is a big plus
- Team-player having very good communication skills on all channels (on-site and remote)
- Flexible and can-do attitude with focus on generating immediate value for the product team
- Self-organized and highly collaborative
- Open and outgoing personality
- Proficient in English (German is a plus)
