Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for supporting the managers and employees in the production team across different HR topics
  • Planning in terms of workforce and strategic succession planning as well as employee development
  • Coaching on employment law, regulations and giving guidance on the implementation of HR Processes or policies
  • Consultation on people-related and organizational matters as well as optimizing organizational design to improve productivity
  • Implementation of HRM interventions for the assigned team

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field
  • Profound HR working experience within the production environment
  • Deep expertise in German labor law and works council related matters
  • A structured way of working as well as a high level of service orientation and willingness to learn
  • Responsive, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building character
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office

Salary information

Depending on qualifications and work experience, the annual salary is between 75.000 and 85.000 EUR.
