Onsite Support (m/f/d)

• Provide necessary support and in the installation of Microsoft Office 365 (cloud) and Microsoft OS
• Reset computers when requested by global service desk
• Ensure that Local Network is properly maintained
• Troubleshoot and repair LAN cabling issues and other LAN related issues
• Ensure UNAIDS ICT equipment are accessible and securely stored
• Provide support for UNAIDS internal and external meetings when required
• Assist the office in liaising with local vendors regarding technical issues
• Assist in shipping and receiving IT equipment
• Log all support tasks using UNAIDS' global ticketing system based on guidelines provided by the Service Desk team

• Extended knowledge of Microsoft Operating system
• Extended knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams, etc.) and cloud environment
• Optional: Microsoft System Certified Engineer (MSCE) certification
• Thorough practical knowledge in networking and good engineering skills
• Good knowledge of Zoom and ability to support Zoom meetings
• Demonstrated ability to work with user's community
• Ability to communicate in English, in writing and verbally
