Your responsibilities
- The Ford Android Software Engineer is expanding its mobility and connected vehicle offering for its FordPass app to provide mobility solutions for people and connectivity into vehicle data
- This is an Android Software Engineer position on the Ford Labs team in Europe
- The Software Engineer role works as part of a balanced team and collaborates with a Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer to deliver projects and features that support this
- This is a leadership role on the team and would like to encourage and develop more junior members
Your profile
- Android Studio, Kotlin, Gradle, Java, Rx Java, Coroutines, Dagger 2.0, Koin, Calabash, Espresso, Android SDKs, Android Jetpack, Retrofit, Mockk, Mockito, MVVM, Push Notifications, Parallelism, RESTful, JSON & XML, Junit
- Experience with Maps APIs, Maps SDK Experience with Here Maps / Google Maps, Auto.
- Navigation, MVC, MVP, MVVM, Here Maps, Autonavi, Fastlane CircleCI
- Work on a large app development project with 40+ developers.
