Your responsibilities
- Individual mentoring, encouragement and support of people
- Acquisition of internships for the participants
- Working closely with internship companies and the employment agency
- Development and updating of an individual support plan and documentation of progress
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy or psychology or vocational education as an ergotherapist, pedagogue or educator with additional qualification and relevant work experience OR
- Completed vocational education with master certificate or degree with additional pedagogical qualification
- Ideally professional experience with the target group (people with mental disabilities)
- Strong communication skills, high social competence as well as fun and pleasure in pedagogical work
- Very good german language skills (at least C1 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
