Public Affairs

We take responsibility for our working environment

The Hays Public Affairs office was founded in 2013 by our Managing Director and head of Public Affairs Carlos Frischmuth.

With our Public Affairs unit, we bring many years of practical experience and knowledge into the political dialogue.

We are committed to a sustainable, flexible and diverse labor market because we are convinced that all forms of work models are needed in an agile and modern working world. This requires the right framework conditions. Against this background, we talk to members of parliament, ministries and authorities, business representatives and science and get involved in political and social discussions.

We get involved in political and social discussions, hold discussions on labor market policy issues and specific political projects(and those related to the labor market), and are members of various associations and organizations.

We have relied on transparency in our activities from the very beginning and have imposed on ourselves our own Code of Conduct. Of course we are registered in the Lobbyregister of the German Bundestags.

As part of our public affairs work, we founded the „Forum Flexible Arbeit“ and launched the „Zeitarbeit sichert Pflege“ initiative. Hays is a founding member of the Bundesverband selbständige Wissensarbeit e.V. and a member of the Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister e.V. (GVP).
