Your responsibilities
- Preparing innovative learning situations in theory lessons and in the skills lab
- Supervising and supporting our apprentices as course instructor
- Practical supervision of trainees and approval of state examinations
- Implementing the concepts of general nursing training according to the Stuttgart model
- Taking part in school development projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a nursing profession (elderly care, health care and nursing, health and paediatric nursing), ideally with profound professional experience
- Ongoing or completed studies in nursing, medical or vocational pedagogy
- Motivation, creativity and a willingness to innovate, in order to make the nursing training future-oriented and sustainable
- Passion for sharing knowledge and supporting students in the various places of learning
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication and organisational skills
