IT Digital Workplace/Infra Support Engineer (m/f/d)

• You support smart Europe users with their Windows and Office365 requests 
• You support smart Europe users with their IT Devices in terms of installation, configuration, delivery, user onboarding, user support, etc. 
• You work in the EU IT ticket/email system to receive, classify, prioritize and work as 1st/2nd line technical and either dispatch or resolve incoming requests
• You support remotely smart Europe users in other locations all over Europe 
• You collaborate with China IT and act as EU IT SPOC for EU specific requests 
• You work together with our headquarter team in China to administer the users and windows clients 
• You support EU IT + EU Business Projects with basic Infrastructure support

• What you bring along
• You have IT related vocational training
• You have operative experience in IT service operations for Windows clients and O365 applications and services
• You have experience in networking and client server architectures
• You have strong analytical and organizational skills
• You have strong communication skills
• You are self-motivated/driven
• You have fluent written and oral English skills
