Manager System Engineering (m/f/d)

• Manages a function that is directly responsible for providing the system engineering activities that allow the development to design wire harness distribution systems in line with client and the customer’s requirements
• Lead and Develop the associated team members
• Ensure engineering objectives are met and customer/supplier needs are fulfilled.
• Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the system design engineering function
• Communicate and present to customers or suppliers (inside and outside client) at a management level
  
• Take responsibility to decide any issues of management importance within authorized limits and drive decision making processes on higher levels where appropriate

• You will have experience in Systems (circuit design) Engineering and managing teams of people within the automotive industry
• Client facing experience is essential
  
• Degree in Engineering, preferably electronics or others
• Solid work experience
• Structured, goal orientated and methodic work performance 
• Very goog knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
  
• Excellent communication skills and team focused
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
