Your responsibilities

  • Join our fun-loving team of 12 people working across Stuttgart and Berlin
  • Manage the end to end recruiting process - from the job description to the final decision
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture and values for various business groups
  • Interview candidates and provide them with an amazing experience throughout the whole process
  • Develop creative strategies using a combination of active sourcing, networking and employer branding
  • Collaborate with our HR Business partner and colleagues at the headquarter to improve our processes across the entire  hiring lifecycle

Your profile

  • You love what you do: You have experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • You completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • You have an understanding of sourcing techniques and tools to attract the best talent
  • You are a multitasking and organizational talent and keep track of several vacancies that you are responsible for at the same time
  • You have a strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
