Your responsibilities
- Technical leadership in complex projects
- Definition, implementation and documentation of architectures for complex distributed and embedded systems
- Definition and implementation of complex cybersecurity architectures for embedded systems
- Coordination of functional safety, cybersecurity, quality, and other cross-cutting disciplines
- Support of requirements analysis/elicitation and coordination with the customer
- Consulting of customers with regards to systems architecture methods and processes
- Definition and continuously improvement of architectural best practices, methods, and acting as a mentor to other team members
- Support of system integration, testing safety and failure analysis
- Technical support of the offering process from acquisition to negotiation and contract closure
Your profile
- Professional experience with complex system architectures or multiple complex systems developments
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, the ability to understand complex systems to develop successful technical solutions
- A track record of projects in a regulated industry (automotive, aerospace, etc.), knowledge of development processes according to ASPICE and ISO21434 or comparable
- Experience in model based architecture from the functional to the technical level
- Advanced knowledge of UML/SysML modeling principles, architectural concepts and common modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect or Magic Draw
- Experience in developing architectural work products (particularly SysML models) based on use cases and system requirements
- Realization of Threat Assessment and Remediation Analysis (TARA)
- Knowledge of cryptographic methods in software and hardware (symmetric/asymmetric encryption, signatures, certificates, trusted computing)
- Experience in working with discipline teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Strong team player with good spoken and written communication skills in English and German
- Proven IT / Digital Project Management capabilities, methods and tools, preferably experience in agile PM]
- Business understanding in the industrial B2B context
- Passion for developing complex systems
