Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for specification, design, development of passive, semi-active (incl. Air-Spring) and active suspension systems
  • Development of active suspension concepts and multi chamber air spring incl. parts specification
  • Development of control functions and algorithms for vertical dynamics suspension systems and vehicle body control
  • Utilization of computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools and simulation software to model, analyze, and validate suspension systems
  • Contribution to enhance ride comfort, handling, and overall vehicle performance
  • Suspension development procedures, tools, software review.
  • Effectively solve suspension engineering issues to ensure the qualified deliverables.

Your profile

  • BaChelor degree and above, major in automotive, mechanical, automation engineering.
  • Experience in suspension system development, deep knowledge in vertical and vehicle dynamics, control and function development, controlling strategy, algorithm, hardware development, for semi-active, Air-spring and Active suspension systems.
  • Knowledge in MIL, HIL, BUS protocol, diagnostics, etc., able to use engineering tools, i.e., CANOE/CANalyzer, VBOX, Matlab/Simulink, CarMaker, Adams, C/C++
  • Strong communication ability and make the planned deliverables happen under pressure.
  • Driving license is mandatory, proving ground calibration competence will be plus.
  • Willing to travel
