Your responsibilities
- Functional line liaison to improve the archiving roadmap, general understanding and awareness inside the functional teams
- Provide on-going consulting to business users (in-depth functional know how)
- Understand the business user's needs, meet their expectations and communicate to solve problems throughout the development process (depth in technical knowledge)
- To capture and deliver clearly documented business requirements and business process flow to developers
- Working together with eArchive Board to prioritize and rationalize the requirements
- Work closely with developers on change requests until implementation
- Perform quality assurance tests and confirm the application/enhancement meet business requirements
- Coordinate and support business users in User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Project management
Your profile
- Strong functional SAP skills and interest/knowledge in SAP Archiving concepts and technologies
- Project Management
- Communication skills. Excellent ability to deal with all levels
- Fast learner, self-driven & team player
- Fluent English
