Your responsibilities

As a Service Leader within Carrier AB, you will lead a team of 13 service technicians in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg. You have personnel responsibility and EHS responsibility for the technicians and are expected to travel between the locations regularly. You work well under stress and enjoy solving problems.

Responsibilities
  • Customer responsibility – the customer's contact person and responsibility for a good customer relationship
  • First contact with customer in case of remedial Service
  • Ensure correct information to the customer with regard to price and lead time
  • Make a risk assessment of the project / repair before giving a quote
  • If necessary, draft/compile agreements
  • Project manage own customer projects according to established process
  • Attestation of purchase invoices
  • Prepare and ensure correct documentation for invoicing
  • Operational personnel responsibility for their service group with delegated work environment responsibility in accordance with EH&S
  • Conduct EH&S inspection of technicians and workshop to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Set goals and develop your group and your employees in accordance with the company's PC process
  • Plan Technicians and Collaborate with Service Coordinators and Service Salespeople in planning and quoting.
  • Actively participate in improving the department's processes and working methods
  • Actively work for a pleasant atmosphere within the department and the company
  • Annual reports to contract customers

Your profile

  • Secondary school education in Refrigeration Technology, HVAC, Environmental Technology or similar
  • Leadership qualities
  • Refrigeration certificate class 1, Hot work, EHS
  • Some form of business training
