Your responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, both on-shore and off-shore, providing technical guidance and expertise to drive the development process
- Define and drive the technology strategy, ensuring that the architecture and design of the systems align with business goals and technical standards
- Design and develop new software systems and applications, using your expertise in software engineering, data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and data scientists, to drive the development process and ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure that our systems are secure, scalable, maintainable, performant, and that they meet the highest quality standards
- Continuously improve the development process, introducing new tools and technologies to optimize the team's productivity and efficiency
- Conduct code reviews, debugging and testing, to ensure that our systems meet functional and non-functional requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Well-founded experience in software engineering, with a focus on system architecture, design, and development
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems and applications
- Expertise in software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
