(Junior) ESG Manager (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Implementation of ESG strategy aligned with SFDR and EU Taxonomy requirements
- Stay ahead of the latest developments in ESG regulations, guidelines, and best practices
- Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments of investment opportunities and provide insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG factors into investment processes and risk assessments
- Collaboration with ESG data providers and consultants Monitor and report on ESG performance, providing regular updates to internal stakeholder and investors
- Support the development and delivery of ESG training programs for internal staff
- Participate in industry forums and initiatives to drive knowledge sharing and influence the development of ESG standards
Ihr Profil
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, Sustainable management business studies, law, or related disciplines Good understanding of SFDR and EU Taxonomy regulations and their practical application
- Excellent written and spoken English and German and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with sustainable investing frameworks, such as PRI, GRESB, TCFD, and SASB are beneficial
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex ESG data
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
