IT Project Management Officer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Program management and reporting support
- Organise, collect and present agreed KPIs
- Consolidate, monitor and maintain the list of Risks and Opportunities
- Keep up-to-date and present the progress of the overall program
- Follow up the team organization progress and maturity (people and ceremonies) and get involved with teams when progress deviates from the expectations.
- Produce monthly reports for the program
Your profile
- You know how to manage projects and are able to push for having people sticking to the deadlines
- Knowledge of the Ms Office suite, particularly Excel is mandatory
- You have experience in the English writing of several documentation types such as planning, reports, operational instructions, quality procedures and presentations
- You have analytical capacity and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, and service-oriented
- Team spirit with transparent communication and reporting
- Awareness, and aptitude for self-training
- You have a high resistance to stress, and you are flexible
- Profound French and English knowledge, German skills
