Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- As a Scrum Master you will facilitate, improve and coordinate the work of our application developer kit team facing a brand new project: an own app store for a German premium automotive manufacturer
- You will coach your team members, moderate discussions and actively promote agile working methods within application developer kit team, doing so, you will help the team to continuously improve workflows and achieve sprint goals smoothly
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification
- Certified Scrum Master
- Proven track record in establishing and scaling agile methodologies in tech teams and larger organizations
- Experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and agile tools
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Very good organizational skills
- Assertiveness and a well-structured way of working
