Sustainability and Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Function Responsibility: Lead and oversee the compliant implementation of company's global engineering standards -> The main point of contact for site stakeholders for all Engineering standards matters and coordination with Quality and Safety Standards
- Project Management: Ownership and management of a safety program for project execution including MOC all EHS related topics and Safety Checklists and construction safety oversight
- Oversee an active Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) program focused on utilizing standard reliability tools to determine asset condition, criticality and replacement priority aligned with the site capital investment program
- Implement measures to promote sustainability and achieve environmental goals
- Support site clients in understanding GWES priorities, strategies, projects, and matters related to the delivery of the GWES portfolio
- Build a culture of Safety, Quality and Engineering standards compliance across the WAG site stakeholders and with the outsourced IFM provider
- Adapt Facility Management behaviors to align with and support Leadership Behaviors. Support in the endeavor to sustain a values-driven culture of diversity and inclusion
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a similar position
- Experienced in Global Workplace & Enterprise Services
- Fluency in english and german
