Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Aspire Global Template team and local deployment organizations 
  • Communicate and translate deployment requirements to product development teams 
  • Foster collaboration between business and Aspire functions 
  • Advocate and explain end-to-end process requirements and support change management initiatives 
  • Represent the business perspective in Fit-to-Template (FtT) activities 
  • Lead and champion business needs during FtT sessions 
  • Drive the next steps following FtT sessions, design, and testing 
  • Support "train-the-trainer" sessions 
  • Build expertise in ASPIRE processes and systems for future rollouts. 
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (local, regional, and global)

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (for example: Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Wirtschaftsingenieur) 
  • Extensive knowledge of operational warehouse management (preferably with SAP S4 EWM experience) 
  • Strong influencing and facilitation skills in cross-functional teams (managing diverse perspectives) 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and language skills (written and verbal english and german) 
  • Solid technical understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and supporting systems 
  • Ability to drive efficiency improvements 
  • Moderation and training skills
