Your responsibilities

  • Drive technology research for motor/module architecture technology and propose a roadmap for implementation.
  • Identify and verify new technology relating to camera motor/module design, equipment and material
  • Resolve major technical problems in motor/module manufacturing to achieve competitive design solutions
  • Undertake technical planning of key projects independently for multiple types of components or modules to achieve technological breakthroughs to solve complex and major problems in the domain.
  • Identify core issues related to compatibility; research and deploy industry-leading motor/module architecture technologies to improve component and module specifications
  • Provide analysis and industry insights, explore further research opportunities and establish industry-academic relationships to support future R&D roadmap planning.

Your profile

  • Ph.D. or post-doctoral qualifications in optics, structure, electronics, camera hardware or related research domains
  • Deep understanding and strong knowledge of camera hardware design
  • Experienced in successful innovation that leads to camera hardware mass production
  • Profound experience in Camera Motor/Module Architecture Design
  • Proficient in Zemax /Code V/2D, 3D electronic software
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
