Your responsibilities
- You will join the Global QA Capability team on a special project to increase the accuracy and completeness of critical Quality records
- Be responsible for understanding, documenting and implementing requirements for Quality Agreements
- Collaborate with QA personnel to gather data, run reports, and develop status report/gap analysis
- Work in Quality Document Management system to link documents to correct Site Record
- Communication, reporting and escalation including reporting progress to project sponsors and participating in follow-up sessions
- Based on source documents and in collaboration with PHC QA personnel, gather information on all required Quality Agreements
- Generate master tracking document for all required Quality Agreements and verify current status/gap
- Review existing Templates/Forms for Quality Agreements vs. identified gaps; draft new/improved templates based on outages
- Track completion, participate in review meetings, and report findings to project team and sponsors
Your profile
- Minimum of first working experience in the pharma industry or degree in pharmacy, physical sciences, or natural sciences
- Minimum of first experience in a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to advance discussions and to build consensus on respective topics
- Analytical skills to solve complex problems including data management skills
