Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility to deliver the end-to-end project in budget, time and scope meeting quality expectation
- Coordination and alignment of plan with other areas, Logistics, Engineering and suppliers
- Project management activities like definition and development of detailed project plan, project status report, resource planning, project forecast and budget controlling, etc. in alignment with BPT PMO framework and processes
- Identify, analyse and manage risks, issues and dependencies, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigation actions
- Articulating and advising on business analysis and requirements gathering process with proven process or methodologies used in their own experience
- Work with engineering as a key and influential member of their business planning teams to ensure a continuing delivery of outcomes through SAP solution and delivery teams
- Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning mitigations are taken to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline
- Ensure BPT standards technical and QA framework are applied
- Ensure test and quality/state gates are properly set and sign off all by stakeholders with the test manager
Your profile
- Profound English and French is mandatory
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC WM and ServiceNow is desired
- Experience in MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word
- Experience in project management implementing complex SAP solutions in Logistics areas
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in understanding change management plans and best practices in embedding change into the business
- Extensive experience in delivering technology with 3rd party vendors, including sourcing and quality assurance
- Experience managing work with internationally dispersed teams with successful outcomes; and building a network of relationship with relevant technology providers.
- Certification in Project Management (PMI, IPMA or Prince2)
