Your responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all payroll inquiries and issues
- Collect and verify all necessary payroll documentation for employees in accordance with German regulations
- Prepare monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for Finance and Reporting teams
- Assist with forecasting payroll expenses and liabilities
- Finalize and set up documentation for ADP payroll processing, ensuring smooth integrations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Stay informed of changes in German payroll legislation and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to team members on payroll processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your profile
- Experience with German payroll processing
- Excellent understanding of German payroll legislation and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
