Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing and addressing immediate challanges, while implementing corrective action
  • Documenting and tracking quality issues observed in customer assembly plants
  • Receiving and monitoring concerns from affiliates and of the customer
  • Serving as a “window” for communication between customer location and the company
  • Compiling and communicating daily conerns between the customer and the company
  • Coordinating with manufacturing plants to acquire and track necessary data
  • Verifying stock levels in customer warehouses
  • Maintaining a consistent presence at customer plants, proactively addressing issues
  • Keeping the customer informed about the status of rejections and claims
  • Periodically visiting the companies manufacturing locations to gain a deeper understanding of the production process - annual training is obligatory

Your profile

  • Good negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of reading technical drawings and requirements
  • Fluent englisch skills
  • Good german language skills are desirab
  • You have a high degree of resilience and are willing to work in shifts
  • Travel 5%
