Your responsibilities
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert of ServiceNow platform and product functionality
- Promote continuous process improvement practices through process best practices, metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities
- Lead scoping workshops with clients
- Lead solution implementation projects
- Responsible for design of the end-to-end solution during implementation
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working in IT consulting or Customer support organizations;
- Fluent in English and German
- ServiceNow CSA certification plus at least two further ServiceNow mainline certifications (like any CIS, CAD, CAS)
