Your responsibilities
- You will oversee the continues development of the Mobile App
- You will analyze current status of the Mobile App to create or tailor specific system solutions in order to meet the demand of the business
- You will translate business needs into features via generating business requirements documentation
- You will be responsible for initialization, implementation, and completion of pilot projects with selected ISCC system users
- You will contribute to project proposals and create client presentations
- You will be the first point of contact for the users of the Mobile App
- To enable a standardized and smooth system user experience you will create and optimize FAQs, text modules and best practice documentation
Your profile
- University degree in digital transformation, business management, IT or similar
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in digitalization project management
- Very good project management skills
- Experience with system integration is an advantage
- Experience in managing external suppliers such as software developers is an advantage
- Excellent language skills in English (at least C1), German language skills will be of advantage
- Very strong presentation skills as well as the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
- High degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent working style and pragmatic, hands-on attitude
