Your responsibilities
- Manage a team of highly skilled professionals in the area of Finance Transformation with SAP S/4HANA Finance in the insurance industry (SAP modules: G/L, AP, AR, AA, etc.)
- Govern and hold responsibility for proposals (RfP management) for all types of Finance Transformation projects
- Set up and support the implementation of high-quality and innovative solutions
- Actively drive the growth strategy for Finance Transformation
Your profile
- Solid experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions in the insurance industry.
- Solid experience of S/4 HANA implementations
- Strong knowledge of Finance Transformation programs and a proven track record as a change manager.
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills, and full travel mobility, particularly within Switzerland / Europe
- Fluency in English and ideally German
